How do I become a Paradise Rewards member?
Simply book a cruise or have one reserved for you in 2019.
What are the rules for earning points?
Points are awarded for cruises sailed in 2019 or after. Guests must be retail customers and 18 years of age or older. All cruise guests may earn points regardless of who paid.
When can a Rewards member begin redeeming points?
Eligible guests may begin redeeming points in mid-September, 2019. Points become redeemable three days after sailing.
What are the redemption options for two guests?
One Rewards member can redeem points for both guests or each Rewards member can choose to redeem their own earned points. Alternatively, one guest can sail with their earned points while the other cruise guest pays. Any Rewards member not sailing can use their points for guests who are.
How will I know how many points I’ve earned?
Please call the customer service or booking phone numbers found on this website. We need each guest’s email address to track, redeem and communicate their points. Online updates for your Rewards Points will be available in the near future.
Do Paradise Rewards points expire?
At this time, points do not expire. However, the value of earned and redeemed points are subject to change over time. Make sure to look for bonus points opportunities throughout the year.
Are points redeemable for any cruise date?
Please refer to the Rewards Redemption chart for eligible cruise dates. Major holidays may not be available, and other dates may be blacked out at any time without notice.
Can I use my points towards a solo booking?
Absolutely, but keep in mind that solo bookings require double points. Please note that suites are not eligible for redemption as a solo traveler.
How soon can I redeem my points?
You can redeem select sail dates after reaching just 450 points. Start earning!
How can I redeem points and who’s eligible to use the points I’ve accrued?
Rewards members with at least 450 points may opt to redeem their points for a free cruise for themselves or as a gift to another person. Points are not transferrable, as the owner of the points must make the booking.
How are points used and recognized by Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line?
We reward and redeem points on a per guest basis regardless of who paid for the cruise.
Do points cover taxes and fees?
They do not. Taxes, fees, and port expenses are extra and required on all free cruises. Rewards points cannot be used towards these charges.
Will I earn points on Cruise & Stay bookings?
Yes! Points can be earned on all Cruise & Stay getaways of any length. Points cannot be redeemed for Cruise & Stay packages.
