On Board Credit Account

All purchases on board must be made through your room card, connected to the personal account of your choice. You will be enrolled at the time of check-in for an onboard credit account.


What To Pack

The dress code on board is generally casual. It is recommended to pack swimwear and casual attire for the daytime, and casual chic attire for nighttime. Proper attire is required for select restaurants. Please keep in mind that tank tops and swimsuits are not permitted in dining areas. We also recommend to packing cameras and chargers to capture the moment!


Luggage & Beverage Policy

Each guest is permitted to bring two pieces of luggage; each weighing less than 50 pounds. For excess and overweight luggage, a $25 fee per bag will be automatically charged to your on-board account. Guests are not permitted to bring any alcohol or non-alcohol beverages on board. If guests have concerns regarding dietary needs, they may contact customer service prior to booking. The legal drinking age on ship is 21 in US waters and 18 while at sea and on Grand Bahama Island – valid photo ID is required.


Staying Connected

Cell phones can be used by setting up an international plan with your cellular provider, this service is charged via your provider at international roaming rates. We recommend staying connected with either one of our two affordable Wi-Fi Packages, available for purchase once on board. The rate is $25 per device for the entire duration of the 2-night cruise.

  • Day 1 – Embark at Port of Palm Beach
    • Check-in begins 11:00 AM
    • Boarding 12:00 – 4:00 PM
    • Departure is at 5:00 PM
  • Day 2 – Grand Bahama Island
    • Arrival at port 7:00 AM | Back on board by 4:30 PM
  • Day 3 – Disembark at Port of Palm Beach
    • Arrival at port 7:00 AM | Disembark 8:00 – 10:30 AM


Parking & Directions

Parking at the port is fast and efficient with our valet service, provided by the Port of Palm Beach. One of our parking attendants will meet you as soon as you arrive at the terminal. Valet parking is available for only $22 per night.
